Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays.

During high-volume periods or product drops, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping rates are flat-rate and displayed at checkout based on your location. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary.

Delivery Estimates

• Canada: 3–9 business days
  
• United States: 4–8 business days
  
• International: 7–21 business days
  

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or factors outside our control.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees vary by country and are not included in your purchase price or shipping fee.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Lost or Damaged Packages
