Returns & Refunds Policy – Project Risk
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The item must be in its original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Journals that have been written in or used are not eligible for return.

If your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Used or written-in journals
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must remain unused and in original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
